- Prices, pack contents, rewards, and offers may change over time, by country, by platform, or by game version;
- Some offers may be limited by time, account, or eligibility conditions;
- Items will be granted after the transaction is successfully confirmed;
- If a transaction is canceled, refunded, charged back, declined, or found to be fraudulent, we may revoke the related items, virtual currency, or benefits;
- Refund abuse, falsified transactions, or use of unauthorized payment methods may result in account suspension or other enforcement actions.
If you experience an error with a purchase, please contact us and provide your Player ID, transaction ID, purchase time, and a description of the issue.
9. Ads and Rewarded Ads
